Leadership Transition (LT) Coaching
The actions taken by executives during their first three months in a new international
assignment largely determine whether they succeed in the long-term. Our one-to-one
executive LT coaching service offers senior executives a blueprint for addressing
the challenges of personal transition and organizational change that confront
them in their first few months in a new position. LT coaching starts with
an in-depth situation analysis. We look at the typical errors executives make
when promoted to a new international position and how to make good start.
We also explore stakeholder expectations, engage in critical relationship
analysis, and develop an appropriate goal scenario to help executives achieve
their business objectives. Our LT coaching program comprises 5 sessions over
a three month period.
Intercultural Coaching
Our Intercultural Coaching service is designed to help executives work more effectively with people from other cultures. Our coaching helps enhance executive potential by tapping into different possible worldviews: alternative ways of thinking, communicating, organising, dealing with power and responsibility, defining identity and purpose, and viewing time. This goes beyond tolerating or adapting to differences. The goal is to pro-actively learn from other cultures and to leverage the richness that lies in cultural diversity.
