Norihito (Nori) Furuya is CEO and co-founder of the IGB Network.
Norihito(Nori) Furuya has been involved in global business management for more than 25 years at Japan Airlines, and also in the training & consulting field for more than 13 years. He has lived and worked in the United States, UK, Kuwait, and Bahrain. During this time, he served as expatriate manager of Japan Airlines. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Social Science of Waseda University, and Master of Business Administration of Aoyama Gakuin University, and Ph.D.(Management) of Tsukuba University. His doctoral work is in the area of Global Competency Development and Global Human Resource Management. In addition, he is a licensed THT consultant and a certified FGI coach. He is also an International Business Advisory Board Member of University of Missouri, St. Louis in the United States.
Currently, Norihito(Nori) Furuya is involved in research activities on Global Human Resource Management and has been working in the areas of global management development, and transnational cultural management as a consultant, trainer or coach.
He recently published two books regarding Managerial Problems of Japanese firms in a book of gStrategic Accountingh(2004)Aand a Japanese version of gBusiness across Cultures(2005)h. He has been also involved in submitting academic papers to various foreign academic journals and actively working in overseas academic conferences.

Jimmy Niblock Jimmy Niblock

Jimmy Niblock is Managing Partner and co-founder of the IGB Network.
Jimmy has been involved in the training and consulting field for more than 25 years and has worked in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Germany, UAE, UK, Thailand, and Japan. During this time, he served as trainer, facilitator, and consultant to a wide range of industries, including the electronics, energy, financial services, maunfacturing, automobile, and chemical industries, as well as the military. Jimmy`s doctoral work is in Organization Development, while his two Masters degrees are in Education and in Organization Development. In addition, Jimmy is a licensed THT consultant and a certified FGI coach. He also serves as Adjunct Professor on the McGill MBA where he teaches Organization Behavior, and Cross-cultural Management. .
Currently, Jimmy works with clients in the areas of: global organization development, culture change, integration processes, leadership and team development, and intercultural competence. Jimmy works both nationally and internationally and he often works with senior management teams to help build cohesiveness and trust.

Tim Rabone Tim Rabone

Tim Rabone is Managing Partner and co-founder of the IGB Network.
Tim has been involved in Human Capital development for the last 20 years of which 18 years have concentrated on intercultural communication. Having spent his early years in Africa, and twenty years in the Far East, he has spent most of his life away from his native Britain, refining his understanding of techniques to leverage culture as an asset for better business results. Tim is a licensed THT consultant and a certified FGI coach.
Currently, Tim works closely with clients from various cultural and professional backgrounds in order to increase awareness, deepen understanding, and hone competencies and skills necessary for people in intercultural business contexts.
Tim works both nationally and internationally and his special interest area is Japanese organizations making the transition from international to global structures and strategies.

Masa Kawamura Masahiro(Masa) Kawamura

Masa is Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of the IGB Network.
Masa has worked for various American, British, French and Australian companies as CFO and controller. His main area of responsibility was the Asia-Pacific region where he was actively involved in solving various financial problems.
Masa has consulted to several global companies, and specializes in facilitating his global "financial game" where participants, through discussion and communication, are required to make decisions and judgments using figures?financial statements, using a common language.
